1. How Can I Book an Event With KC Bouncy Castles?

2. How much advanced notice is required for bookings?

The more advance notice you can give us, the better chance there is that an appointment will be open. However, you are still welcome to telephone us to check if services are available any time we are open.

3. What are the rental prices?

We invite you to take a look at our booking prices page. Here, you will find a full list of our prices. If you still aren't sure what you need, give us a call for a free price quote.

4. What do I get with my booking?

We always include local delivery. We also provide the blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat required by our castles. We’ll also help you set up your castle, inflate it, and then collect it when your booking ends.

5. Are there any unavailability dates for KC Bouncy Castles?

No. KC Bouncy Castles is available seven days per week, 365 days per year. We recognize that special events sometimes happen on holidays, and strive to provide you with service during these important times.

6. How long does each booking give?

When you book with KC Bouncy Castles, you are able to have your castle all day long, from around 7AM until no later than 9PM. Most of our client bookings run from 12 noon until 6PM.

7.  Will I need to pay a deposit?

No. We don’t charge a deposit for any of our services.

8. How can I pay for my booking?

We offer payment by cash and cheque. Please be aware that your check must clear prior to your booking. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept credit card payment.

9. Can I cancel, should I need to?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, we request that you try to give as much notice as possible so that the appointment can be reallocated.

10. My location has a slope. Can I still book a Bouncy Castle?

Maybe. Very slight slopes may be ok for hosting our castles, but they cannot be hosted on very sloped ground. Contact us for verification if you aren’t sure.

11. Do castles take a long time to set up/take it down?

Not at all. We usually allow 10 minutes for setup and 20 minutes for take itdown, although these numbers can vary slightly.

12. How much space will I need?

Our castles need a minimum of three feet of clearance at the front and rear of the castle, and one-and-one-half feet of clearance at the sides. The area must be completely clear of toys, dog mess, and other debris to protect the castle from possible punctures.

13. Where can I find safety instructions?

We will provide these to you during your booking.
